  2. I like this story for its colourful language and for the way it's arranged. I suppose it touches many problems, but the main one is Faith. I think we all should have belief in God or a dream-it doesn't matter, but we should be faithful to our principles.

  3. I like this story; it is very interesting and touching. It is written in a peculiar style and touches upon different themes like forgiveness, faith and redemption. But for me the most important one is faith. Faith is very important in our lives. It doesn’t matter in what you believe: God, dream or an idea (the heroes of the story believed in dreams). Life is hard. We all go through hardships. We all suffer, and cry, and feel heartbreak and pain. But, there are two things that can help: the love and support we get from other people, and our faith. Faith is what carries us when even friends and family turn their backs on us, and we are left alone. Faith is the bridge to what we do not know, and it comforts us when we are left alone without any support and help. Faith is important, and it is something you feel in your heart. Moreover, if you are truly believe in something you do not need any proofs, because even if you haven’t seen the things you are believe in, it doesn’t mean they do not exist at all.

  4. the story has impressed me much. It was rather easy to read and i really enjoyed it during the reading. The title had the variety of meanings and as a result every person may find his own sense and the main idea of the story. It touches different themes but the major one is the problem of faith - everyone should believe in something because, as I believe it helps us in difficult situation, the bilief is a very strong phenomenon. It doesn't matter whether you believe in god, gods or just follow your dreams, this notion is the essential part of our lives.

  5. This story didn't impress me very much, but anyway it seemed to me interesting because of its main idea. I think the main idea of this story is the large importance of the faith in the life of person. The author wanted to show us how is important to have a faith. The faith determines our life values and leads us to our goals. A man without faith ia a man without sense of life. The main heroine had no faith as opposed to her grandmother who had a faith in God, her grandfather who believed in his dream and her mother who had a faith in people's kidness and their warm relationship. But the absence of faith made her life dismal. During her mother was alive the main character was not so happy because of mother's whims with her bookstore, maybe she even was ashamed of her superstition. But when her mother died she finally understood this "superstition", she realized that it was important for people relationships and at the end of the story she finally accepted her mother's faith and began to believe too.

  6. What is faith? Maybe parental faith in victory of beloved son during his competition in basketball. Or maybe supporting faith in the cure from a terrible disease that comes rapidly . Or even blacken faith in a success during the rotation the knob of a slot machine device. Faith may be different, but its meaning is the same in the whole Universe - the sacred solace in the feeling of being lost mentally and loneliness to the world, because you do not want to be alone, faith helps to feel protected. And in this story, we can see some examples of a true faith, sacred and invincible. Faith in the goodness and sincerity of life, a belief in the success of beginnings and strength of a chosen path. I really liked this story, because our life way of life is so amazing that faith in the success of its termination should inspire us every day and illumine our intelligence the patterns of Eternal Good.

  7. I like this story , it seems to me very cute , especially the part telling about the main character's grandfather.I guess every person finds himself in this story(as happened with me).Faith is sweeping generalization including faith in God and also faith in dreams for some people.Everyone will be right in determining this phenomenon as something unique.

  8. I like the story. I can say that it was easy to read and it was the reason to enjoy the story greatly. The little period of the main character’s life was shown to us with her telling of her bookstore. It was her mother’s bookstore in past where the mother’s nature of a good, kind, religious woman was introduced. After her death, her daughter, the main character, had changed the shop and the soul and the heart of it disappeared. The different generations of this certain family made us how different people may believe in different things, for example, the main character’s grandfather believed in his dreams and it made him force to live, it is the most important to can believe. I would like to say that every person should have any belief which helps him/her to live through live problems and difficulties. The faith is a necessary part of us.

  9. This story reminds me of some book, something I've read before...Anyway, I like it as a whole. Well, faith is of great importance in our life. We can’t live without any faith. But at the same time this faith may be different. Someone believes in God, someone - in better future and others just live in their dreams. We may not believe in God, but we will always believe in our family, in family values. It is our faith that guides us throughout our life.

  10. Everyone believes in something, as faith is an integral part of any person; it is a fulfillment of something expected and confidence in next day. Another thing is in what you believe, being it God, a successful career, money, fulfillment of wishes, or yourself (as it’s the main thing among others); thus there’s no a man who believes in anything. Thus, on the assumption of the story, we can see that faith doesn’t always mean belief in God, and the daughter and her grandfather were examples of it. The first one believed in method, as she was a methodical person; while her grandfather believed in his dream, in its fulfillment. But, the main thing is to believe; and no matter whether a man sees or not the object of his faith, he simply continues believing.
